If there is anyone who understands the whirlwind of moving to a new area, it’s Estefania. With a decade of Air Force service under her belt and a husband still serving, she has lived the "PCS life" firsthand. As a mom to two active boys, ages 5 and 6, she knows that finding a house is easy—but finding a place that truly feels like home for your family is what matters.

Estefania brings that mission-focused mindset to our team as our Transaction Coordinator, keeping every deal on track and organized. Whether she is auditing a file or helping a family navigate the buying and selling process, Estefania’s goal is simple: to provide the stability and expertise you need during life’s biggest transitions.
