Yesenia Banuelos

Yesenia was born in southwest Kansas and moved to Wichita about 20 years ago, where she has since become an expert of the area. Yesenia actually started out with the J.Bias Real Estate Group as an open house hostess several years ago—a part time job that later lead her to a career. Working as a hostess ignited her passion for real estate and she became a licensed agent in 2021 under Keller Williams Signature Partners LLC. 

Since becoming licensed, she’s helped numerous families achieve homeownership and quickly became the real estate agent with the highest production on the team! She has proven to be a huge asset to J. Bias Real Estate Group, and we are so proud of all she has accomplished in a short amount of time. 

When Yesenia isn't holding an open house at one of our new construction developments on the weekends, she's spending time with her boyfriend and family. She is detail orientated, and loves helping people reach their real estate goals.
